Hassle free company

Easy to use website.
The desk was good quality for the price range. There was a slight mix up regarding pick versus delivery but EZ delivered without any cost to me.
Would definitely purchase again from them

The euro camp reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The camp and accommodation was good.
There was no area to safely store your bags. We were a late flight and had to wheel our bags everywhere on the last day.
Otherwise a good experience.

Appalling company

I ordered a piece of furniture on the 13th December and paid for 3 day delivery. Rathwood made no attempt to contact me regarding delivery dates. When I tried contacting them it is impossible to get through on the phone lines and the option to leave a voice message is turned off despite them advising you to do this. I tried multiple email attempts and all were returned as address error. I have eventually found another email address that has furnished an automated reply. I have subsequently learned this is this companies modus operandi. They consistently fail their customers. To date I have received no correspondence at all from Rathwood. Avoid this company at all costs.
