I ordered a MTB jersey as a gift for my daughter after searching MTB shops in Oregon & Washington, USA, as well as the manufacturer. I used the Chat pop-up at Classy Cyclist to ask about shipping time. I needed it within 5 days in the middle of a global pandemic. Classy Cyclist, still online at 8:30 p.m. in Finland. offered to ship first thing the following morning but could only promise the item might make it on the date needed, might be a day later. The jersey manufacturer had not yet responded to a query so I took a leap of faith.

I received excellent communication about the shipping, and it arrived 4 days later, a day PRIOR her birthday! She loves the jersey, and Classy Cyclist included a special Happy Birthday message, personally signed, along with 3 lollipops to help her celebrate! Who does that? You can't go wrong with this store.
