We had a great experience once again and were looked after by Sohaib today. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. He took the time to show us all the designs we wanted to see, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed.

Sohaib also gave us the best price possible and was very straightforward and honest, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Shandaar jewellers and would happily return in the future. Thank you !

I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase from Lameera Moda. I ordered from the UK, and at no point during checkout was I informed that I would be hit with an outrageous £130 customs fee upon delivery. This is completely deceptive and unacceptable! To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service via email to resolve the issue, I was completely ignored. No response, no help, nothing! The lack of transparency and utter disregard for customer service is infuriating. I will never be ordering from Lameera Moda again, and I urge others to be cautious when considering this brand. They’ve lost me as a customer for good.

So happy with my first purchase, beautiful styles and quality of abayas and jilbabs. Just like the pictures. Smooth and fast delivery. Had no problems whatsoever!! Will definitely be ordering again :D
