Being charged for return shipping when I ordered a size based on their size chart. It was extremely too small. The size chart for shape wear is incorrect.

I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect much. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner because I was curious and because I had a discount code. I've had it for several weeks but just tried it because I was wanted to finish my old conditioner. I have tightly coiled, natural hair which is prone to tangles and tiny knots. I was sure I would need to follow up with another conditioner to properly detangle my hair. Not only was that not the case but the comb went through my hair with very little resistance. I am used to struggling and having a certain amount of hair break off into my comb. The amount of hair that came out this time was so minimal I was shocked!! And I didn't have to use a ton as I did with my previous conditioner.

I purchased the pear scent for both shampoo and conditioner. I am very happy with my formulation. It seemed pricey at first but seeing I don't have to use a lot, I know it will last a long time.

I personally regret purchasing the upgrade because the design options are so limited it proved to be useless to me. I am now getting a logo designed elsewhere. I will say the subsequent follow up from one of their customer service reps was nice and professional. I feel like he really tried to help.
