Edit: they have now gone the same route as other companies, they bump their prices up then email out vouchers for x% off. Not a fan of this.

I haven't got time to figure out if something is a good deal or just a scam.

The cooked meats are really good and they are fairly reliable.

Cancelled my policy and they sent 3 letters with different amounts that I had to pay. Starting at £7, then £50, then £75. They just seem to make it up.

I don't think they know what they are doing. Good job I didn't need to make a claim.

Bought some camping equipment via the Eurohike website (which I didn't realise was Millets) on the 8th July. There's no sign of the goods being delivered.

It's now the 20th July and my camping trip has been and gone. I just received an email cancelling one of the item due to no stock and there's still no sign of the other items.

I had the same problem with Go Outdoors who still haven't delivered my tent ordered on the 3rd July.

I'll be avoiding Millets, Blacks, Go Outdoors, Eurohike and anything else related to JD Sports.

Ordered a tent 11 days ago, still hasn't arrived and now it will be too late. Will need to find another £700 for another tent to take my kids on holiday.

No customer service available. Ignored my Emails.

They're just taking everyone's money without the capability to process the orders.

I'm having the same issue with Millets. I'll be avoiding all companies owned by JD Sports now. Go Outdoors, Millets, Blacks, Eurohike.

Update: Day 13.
Still hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse despite Alex saying it would be within 24 hours. My holiday is tomorrow!

Update: Day 18.
It arrived today, one day after I returned from my camping trip. Now I have a 60 mile round trip to return it as I've bought a replacement tent already.
