Prompt with great comms

Received my ceiling fans promptly, and they were great to communicate. Ordered down rods afterwords, and they reached out to me to ensure they were providing the correct rods.

Beware-No communication, no product

I ordered an item from Martialange in late July 2026. I never received a shipping notification or tracking number and reached out to them via email twice (once about 10 days after the order, and the other about 15 days after the order). I never received a reply and as of September never received communication or the item. I subsequently reported them to the credit card company.
