Review of Cleland Pharmacy & Travel Clinic
I was struggling to get my particular medication. I contacted the store on a Saturday morning and had a conversation with an extremely helpful lady. I was asked to go to the shop on the Monday. After speaking to the pharmacist who was also extremely helpful I left the store ten minutes later with my prescribed medication. Staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Customer Service is non existent. Trying to resolve a manufacturing issue on a year old car after they want to charge me £1500. Filled in 6 online complaint forms, 5 which were ignored. Contacted Customer Service multiple times and been in direct contact with the Service Manager at MG East Kilbride, emails & telephone calls ignored. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Shocking 'service'

If I could give 0 stars I would Ordered an awning and was told it was dispatched over 2 weeks ago. Found out that was totally untrue and not expecting delivery for at least another 4-6 weeks when awning no longer needed this year. Been led a merry dance for weeks. Plus it takes around 25 min for someone to answer phone. Don’t touch with a barge pole!
