This is a total scam DO NOT USE!
Quality is terrible and the dress looked nothing like photo or as described.
You have to send back to the US to get a refund which costs more than the dress. Terrible company to deal with, no customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

The worst company I have EVER dealt with, customer service terrible! Can't talk to anyone to sort a simple problem. Will never use again.

I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If
the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This
information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a
gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.

I had the worst experience dealing with Star & Sannah. Over three hours on "Chat" as they do not have phones. The system is terrible and despite asking for email and delivery details on order, they used payment details instead. Apparently all my fault as on conformation that I NEVER got.
Amazing to stock the Deborah James t-shirt and that is all I was buying, just a shame the staff aren't as charitable. It was truly shocking and not fair to the consumer to hide behind the keypad refusing to help.
