For my order 80185937, I ordered 4 items: 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. Unfortunately, only 1 of the 2 bedside tables was delivered. DHL left the two packages in our hallway and then left. I have photos as proof of the two delivered packages and their contents. These clearly show that one bedside table is missing. I contacted customer services but have not hear back yet still.

Krizel sorted out my returns request when I needed collectplus instead of post office return slip. Very fast and lovely to talk to! Keep it up!

Mikaela was very helpful and sorted out the remaining issues with my order. I had missing items in my delivery then missing item in my return, so it was a hassle, but ASOS customer support sorted it fast which I appreaciate. I still have concerns over flimsy packaging of ASOS even for expensive items, so I won’t be ordering for a while, but good thing their customer service is on the ball.

As many places featured in TicketMaster Attractions are no longer admitting tickets bought from third parties, I enquired if I can put my purchase back on a gift card, about a week turnaround time and it has been resolved. Great service and everyone I was contacted by was doing their best to help.
