Never received an invoice, then was sent a reminder with additional fees. No reply from there customer service regarding the issue. Not the first time this has happened. Feels like a scam....probably is.

I have been trying for several months to cancel my membership but I am unable to log in and I have had no reply to any of my emails, and they supply no contact phone number for membership issues, I'm basically being robbed. If I cancel the auto payments via the bank it goes straight to a debt collector, so I'm having to continue to pay for nothing! This has been going on far too long! Do not sign up for monthly payments with this bunch of thieves!
