Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. May be OK to buy from but DO NOT sell your phone to them.
As other have stated they delay the payment forever and give generic replies to emails when asking for updates.
They received my phone on the 8 may 2026 and tested and agreed on a price the same day. Received payment processing email on the same day then and only after around 20 emails and multiple phone calls... Be patient they do eventually answer, legal letters and threatening to report them to police for essentially stealing my phone they did eventually pay on the 16th June.
How it can take a few hours to test the phone, contact customer with rubbish offer then increase offer and send email saying payment processing, to then take 38 days to make a payment. Something is really wrong with this company.
Hang in there everyone and don't let these horrible people get you down.
