DX Freight claimed they attempted delivery and that no one was home. This was not true. I was at home all day, and my CCTV confirms no delivery attempt was made.

Marking a delivery as “attempted” when no one turned up is misleading and unacceptable. Very poor experience. I would not recommend DX Freight.

3. For the convenient paid £150 extra from online price

4. Later received the call that charged less and have to pay £250 more as they counted 12 years old as child and i have ti pay adult fare.

5. Never mentioned that i have to pay for the seats with Eithad so paid £190 for seat selections.

Worst experience ever

Not recommended at all.
