I recently had an outage on my broadband due to a broken cable, and I got straight through to tech support who logged the fault, and organised an Openreach engineer to come out the next day, Openreach were great too. I was back up and running a little more than 24 hours later. Great service, no nonsense. Fab.

Bought some new walking shoes from here a couple of weeks ago as my old ones were falling apart, had a great experience... Marcus was friendly and helpful and dug through the stockroom to find shoes that fit my funny sized feet.

Octopus just works - easy submission of meter readings monthly via a web page (no app installs required), and the one time I had to contact Octopus customer service by e-mail because I mis-read my meter, the problem was quickly fixed without any hassle.

Maybe you could save a few pounds by moving to someone else, but then you risk being on hold for hours on the phone even though "your call is important to us"...
