I have bought tickets before with no issue. However a recent concert sold tickets that were not marked obstructed but had two stages and half the show was not visible. I contacted customer service and they offered an one time courtesy discount voucher on a future purchase. Then a different representative took over and back tracked on the offered resolution. Viagogo/Stubhub has poor customer service for issues. If customers are lucky enough to not have any issues then it's fine but dont expect to resolve anything with their team if you do.

I enjoy everyplate and will continue to use!

It took a whole day to receive this giftcard, its usually instant or within the half hour.
