I have been having issues with Octopus since transferring from shell and Balbir has been emailing me each week chasing the problem I am having and updating me on a weekly basis

This isn't the first time I have bought a gift voucher but great service no problems ordering online and was received in the post in 48hrs of ordering great service Thankyou.

Well can only go off our many visits to the store to look and try and then today to buy. But have to say the instore service was really very good we were not rushed in anyway we were given lots of time/space and nobody was hassling us to buy. The young man who eventually took our order and completed all the relevant paperwork was very friendly wasn't pushy in anyway.We would definitely recommend Sofology upto this point and hopefully will feel the same after our suite is ready.
