FRITZIE JHOY was incredibly helpful and patient with me and my husband on the phone and was able to field all of our questions.
* I am editing this rating on 01.10.2025 as the follow-up solution to this phone call was a meeting with our assigned immigration attorney. At the scheduled time of the call, the immigration attorney did not show, and we were asked by boundless to schedule another meeting, but no priority was given to time and we were asked to then wait at least another 8 days. With such time-sensitive matters, this is, of course, a massive delay.
