For 2,5 years I purchased a Viessmann KWK Anlage from Energy World, a company based in Cologne, Germany. I have had nothing but problems with this system from day one. Unforutnately, the company from which I bought the KWK Anlage has gone bankrupt and Viessmann is saying that the heating system is (1) no longer under guarantee and (2) because they didn't install the system, they are not responsible for it. Even though it is a Viessmann product. NO HELP AT ALL!!!!

Ich habe bis jetzt sehr wenig erfahrung mit der Trustpilot community - bis jetzt war nur positiv und bis zufrieden.

The jacket is very warm and does its job in that sense. I didn't realize that is was only to be hand washed, which was disappointing after wearing the jacket to bon fire and it smelled terribly of smoke. Also, there are like little tiny threads exuding from the outer material of the jacket - which must be the filling of the jacket.
The jacket only gets three points because it keeps warm. Otherwise not worth purchasing.
