Avoid Flexi Car if you expect decent…

Avoid Flexi Car if you expect decent after-sales service. I spent almost €20,000 on a vehicle that broke down within just three weeks of purchase. I was left stranded with no guidance on what to do, had to chase constantly for updates, and ended up paying €200 in recovery costs because I was given incorrect information. To make matters worse, the vehicle has now broken down a second time with exactly the same fault and has spent more time in the garage than on the road.

The lack of communication, organisation, and customer care has been shocking. I rely on this vehicle for work, and the repeated breakdowns have cost me both time and money. I have completely lost confidence in both the vehicle and the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flexi Car.

This terrible services continues told to email various departments who also don’t respond but couldn’t respond quick enough when I was going through the buying of the vehicle

Good product

Very good quality and very good value for money.
Only thing I think is that when a customer orders multiple sizes they should label them which size to make the customer no which is which.
