Terrible customer service.
I called and after waiting for 5 minutes i got connected and asked the agent if he speaks english (in german), and the customer service hung up the phone on me without saying a word. I felt the behaviour rude and asked the company on contact form if this is their official approved behaviour. To my surprise ADAC replied and approved the behaviour of its employee. Do you want to buy from a company which hangs up phone on its customers ?

During selling, they are very courteous and polite. After selling is when all this ends. The customer service doesn't pick up the phone. After waiting for 20 minutes when the phone is picked they disconnect it. Happened to me multiple times. Once I had met a drunk customer service as well.
