DO NOT BUY FROM GRANDADO! 1-star rating is way more than they deserve. I waited almost 2 months for my order to arrive and finally contacted customer service through their contact form on the website to check. I was informed that the package had gone missing in the post, that they would like to resend the order and have my agreement to this proposal. I replied that I wanted to cancel the order and have my money back. I got an auto-reply that it's not possible to reply to their email address so had to once again use the contact form on their website. Same reply from them the second time even though I clearly stated my request. They went silent after my third contact.
NOTE! If you're based in Sweden, the package will be subject to 25% MOMS and other potential handling charges before it's delivered. I was only made aware of this after reading other reviews and then some further browsing on their site. Their prices are significantly higher than AliExpress for e.g., so use AliExpress instead and use the savings to offset some of the additional charges later on, DO NOT BUY FROM GRANDADO!
