When you sent us your two bookings, we informed you that we would like to book both bookings together on a single invoice. Then you informed us that this is not a problem for you. After checking whether both rooms are still available, we got the message that only a superior room was free.

Then we explained the whole thing to you and told you that we only have a superior room. We would very much like to have sold you a superior room and a standard room. However, as a travel ageny, we can not book two different rooms in a booking at Neckermann Reisen. That's why we were offered you two standard rooms. We could book this together because it is the same room type. So we are not to blame for not being able to sell you a superior room and a standard room.

The difference of the room probably refers only to the size. The standard room is a bit smaller than the superior room (about 3 m²).

In the end we can only apologize for the circumstances, although we can not fault the inadequate room capacity.
