I am happy to use the app. It is easy and fast money transfer. There were twice wrong card number and money has been returned back. So error handling was also good 👍 using app for several years now

Have bought two travel bags, was waiting for almost two months and then I got status in tracking that it is delivered but I didn’t get anything. I have tried to write to support and mails were not delivered because of invalid email address. So you can spend money but you can’t get support.

We are sorry for your bad experience with us.
When it comes to luggage, we can only offer certain sizes of luggage based on the weight and dimensions of the airlines.
In this case, it was a baggage of 10 kg that was offered at the time of booking. in that it is both Ryanair's and Wizz Air's standard weight for checked luggage.
You also have the option to add luggage afterwards when the trip is booked. Either through us if we have that option, or through the airline directly.

Charged but no delivery
I have made an order 2 weeks ago and they charged my card at that time, I still don't have any tracking number - will I ever get my goods? Also have written to them - silence in reply.

Affected by Covid-19 and peak season, the goods need to be disinfected at the customs, and some orders will be delayed in transit, resulting in delayed delivery.

I have bought tickets
I have bought tickets, and forgot to add luggage. Budget air sent me to the airlines company, airlines company sent me back to the budget air because they don’t have access to edit the booking. On budget air it is helpless chat bot which keep sending me to the airline company. After two days discussion on email I have figured out that budget air also can’t help me to edit my booking and add luggage. Have to pay double price in the airport. The point about bug in their system has been completely ignored.

I have bought SPA & massage. It came with UK power plug which I can’t use in DK... and I can’t find adapter for it. On my email to the company no reaction at all. Poor service. Never buy from them any electronics!
Now I need to figure out something with this plug 🔌.

I am sorry you did not realize this came with a UK plug, you should be able to find adapters for 50kr in elgiganten, brugsen or online. You can also return the item however it will not be a free return.

Very quick for a good price. Also have to increase the limits, so have sent documents for verification. Got approval very fast.
My brother got money just within 5 minutes 😊
Definitely recommend as a cheap and fast transfer to Ukraine
