Unfortunately 1 Star is the lowest option
It is hard to comprehend how a company can operate like this. I have ordered a simple vanity unit on 10th Feb and still I cannot finish my bathroom. The product has been sent 3 times and 3 times it has arrived damaged. Now on the 4th attempt I am waiting over 2 weeks. When I email they make no effort to respond. When I contact the office i am either waiting 1 hour for the phone to be answered. The few times I am lucky enough to get an answer I am told the goods have already been dispatched, but they cannot be tracked. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company I would brace yourself for a long wait and a lot of stress.

After looking into this matter further, I can confirm a replacement order has been arranged, order number 2978949 which will be delivered to yourself on 05/04/2019.
The replacement item will be delivered to yourself with our own carrier service and the item will also have extra packaging to ensure the item gets to yourself in excellent condition.
