Received the golf balls I ordered. They are ok, but nothing special.
Three weeks later they took £7.95 out of my account and another £14.95 three weeks after that.
It turns out that they have set up a subscription on my account.
Reported to my bank.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom four years ago and we were covered by Halifax House Insurance.
We needed new walls and tiled floor in the kitchen The work was carried out by a sub-contractor provided and paid by Halifax.
We are now having problems with the tiles/floor that were laid. One tile has cracked and those around it do not feel stable.
I have contacted Halifax only to be told that the work they had carried out is under warranty for only two years!!!
So Halifax do not care if their sub-contractors do a bad job, so long as it lasts two years.

This site is a scam. Stay away from it. I wish I had read the reviews before playing.
For a start, you can not withdraw an amount that is less than £100. They supposedly only pay a withdrawal via bank transfer and say this takes up to 21 business days.
I made a withdrawal of £100 on 9th. August and the transaction is sitting on my account as "Awaiting".
I have been in touch via e-mail and chat, only to be told they have a backlog. It only takes two minutes to do a bank transfer!!
From reading the other reviews, it now seems to me I am not likely to get my money.

I deposited £20 into my account via Paypal. The deposit showed as failed in DoubleBubble so I repeated the deposit. Two amounts of £20 were debited from my Paypal account.
I contacted DoubleBubble and was told they had refunded £20 to my Paypal account. I could not see the refund and contacted Paypal. They told me they had never received the refund, but would not open a dispute because Paypal accounts should not be used for gambling.
After sending a number of messages to DoubleBubble, I opened a chat with one of their agents. He asked me to send a copy of my bank statement so he could verify I had not received the refund and they could investigate from their end.
I said they should have already investigated from their end and he ended the chat.
I will never play on DoubleBuddle again, so they will lose more than £20 from me.
