While on vacation to Alaska our service lost data and was spotty on voice. On calling support we were assisted by a rep to reassign our esim and transferred to another network that had better coverage in Alaska (AT&T). She worked with us for about an hour, even working past the end of her shift to assure we had the coverage we needed.

STAY AWAY. I felt like we were in the sales office for a timeshare vacation. High pressure sales to keep you in the chair until you say yes, and then they just keep adding products on to jack up the bill.
Much better to buy from a reputable vendor with recognized products. If you're reading this it's most likely too late and all we can do is learn from this bad experience.
