Review of Parcelforce Worldwide
My parcel pick was cancelled after I'd waited in for 7 hours and 50 mins. An email was sent with just 10 mins remaining of the pick up deadline. It was not a day of strikes. I feel this is unacceptable.
My parcel is now delayed until Monday because of the strikes.
