Cheap prices and very reliable, can't complain.

Providing terrible wifi, internet cuts out 4 to 5 times a day and receiving 50mbps when I pay for 76mbps. When I called about the problem they said "it looks fine from what we can see".

Internet slowly degrading over time, right now I have 35mbps speeds but I am paying for Infinity fiber 2 package (70mbps). Wifi cuts out every minute.

Customer service states that "it's all good from what we can see" whilst I have been dealing with this shockingly poor internet for months now.

Was on this insurance for my first year and they cancelled it after 6 months with no claims because of 'unacceptable speeding' when in reality I am always +/-5mph of the speed limit. Paid 2k+ for insurance to have to deal with this terrible smart box service. What a complete scam. Young drivers are advised to stay away from MoreThan as it will potentially raise your premium to 3k+ and leave your record marked with a policy cancellation which will deter other insurers.
