We were not given information on specific car features: windscreen wipers, lights, parking brake etc, also road information upon leaving the car rental site such as, was the Crown Range open to vehicles without chains?

Excellent site and good prices. Only problem is every time we book we find it necessary to complete our reservation by phone as the system freezes and we cannot continue.
