Really the best music transfer out there !

Reached out to their customer service because I was charged for a parking session that was not initiated by me. I had a rental car and had set on the app for the licence plate of that car to be removed automatically after a couple of days, which was not done. Understandably concerned and frustrated, I immediately contacted 4411's customer service for help in resolving this issue.

Not only did they fail to assist me with a legitimate issue, but they also displayed a shocking level of indifference and apathy towards their customers.

Little did I know that reaching out to their customer service would be an exercise in futility. The representatives I encountered seemed utterly disinterested in my problem and were shockingly unhelpful. They demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and a total disregard for resolving my problem. Instead of offering a solution or even a hint of sympathy, they coldly brushed me off, leaving me to deal with the unjust charges on my own.

What truly astounds me is the sheer audacity of a company that claims to offer a service but fails so spectacularly at basic customer support. It is evident that 4411 prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, as they demonstrated zero willingness to rectify a situation that was clearly caused by their flawed system.

I implore anyone considering using 4411 in Belgium to think twice before entrusting them with your business. The complete lack of accountability, empathy, and assistance is a glaring red flag that should deter anyone from engaging with this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss by avoiding 4411 at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable options available that actually value their customers and strive for a satisfactory customer experience. Moving to Seety !

Was in contact with Gavin and everything went well apart from 2 things.
1: watches were shipped before the date I had asked, so they were at a service point, which was not ideal
2: no news from Gavin after receiving the watches, which was a bit disappointing

I would definitely buy from them again as everything was well packaged and even got some free swag in the box which was super nice. They were able to find the watches I wanted, Rolex Datejust and Tudor Chrono. Next time I order from you guys I hope customer service will be a bit better but keep up the good work ! :)

Best way to buy ticket ! They give dollar credits once you buy tickets with them that you can use for your next purchase or you can save those dollar credits. You can sell your tickets as well if you can't make it. Overall it's the best way to buy tickets.
