Had a totally blocked sewer, backed right up almost into the house.

Called Dynorod at 2pm. Was initially told an engineer would arrive by 6pm. Was called 5 minutes later to say they would be here between 6-10pm for an additional cost.

I refused to agree to the additional cost as the scheduling error was nothing to do with me and they agreed I would pay the normal day rate charge.

Despite this hiccup, the service was professional and effective

Engineer found a loose brick causing the blockage. Very professional and happy and a reasonable charge of £190 considering the circumstances.

Would use again.

I've taken delivery today of my new tank - a 6ft X 30 inches x 24 inches beast with steel powder coated stand, sump and top-up tank.

It's my 2nd purchase from ND in 10 years and was the only company I considered for my new marine setup in my lounge.

Their service and quality is faultless and I highly recommend ND.

I received a speculative letter from Carlos in Stamp Duty Advisory Services a few months after moving into our new home, and normally I put such letters in the bin without further action. However, on this occasion I read it, and thought, what did I have to lose?

I wrote an email to Carlos, and had a call the following morning. The process was explained, which crucially meant there was no upfront cost involved, and a fee was only charged as a percentage of any money recovered.

We followed up a few days later with a video walkaround of our house, where we explained which items had been included in the sale. We were then required to provide a few legal documents to support the application. Total time involved from us was maximum 2 hours effort for the claim.

After we had submitted everything to Carlos team, they took care of everything with the Inland Revenue.

A few weeks later we received over £5k in stamp duty that was reclaimed by Carlos and his team.

An outstanding company to deal with, a very easy process, great communication. We will recommend Stamp Duty Advisory Services to anyone we know who buys a house for similar help.

This company is a scam. Same experience as others - paid £241 for 3 lights back in March. Was fobbed off during a number of phone / email conversations.

Then website and phone number went down so contacted my bank and got money refunded

The Pinter system is a great, low cost way to brew great beer at home. There's a thriving community that supports the device and plenty of people willing to help. The Pinter 2 is not without issues, but like all things, any problems can be worked around, and the excellent customer service is always willing to help.

I could not be happier with the speed of deliver, quality and service I received from furniture@ work

i ordered a fairly large quantity of furniture for my home office, with no prior experience of the company, the quality of the units, or how much effort was involved in putting the furniture together.

The initial order confirmation said deliver would be 3 weeks.

After 1 week, I had a call from the deliver guy asking if it was ok to deliver the next day.

The delivery was very smooth. Everything boxed up. Almost zero assembly. No damage, everything of a very decent quality for the money.

I'm the first person to complain when things are not right, but I am also the first to offer positive feedback when the service exceeds expectations.

5 stars from me, I am very happy with the product, communication, and after sales follow up.

Excellent company to deal with. Good quality and lots of choice. Love the way you can configure exactly how you want your new shed. Recommended.
