I ordered Oral-B Pro CrossAction toothbrush heads (12-pack). Instead of receiving the package shown on the website (Pro CrossAction), I received 12 individually packaged Oral-B heads with no text indicating they were Pro CrossAction.

To prevent any future customer confusion, I would kindly suggest that these brush heads be dispatched in packaging that explicitly indicates they are the Pro CrossAction product.
