This is the second time, I've had to wait too long for my orders, I'd forgotten about the first time. If I could have put zero stars I would've. Tried phoning (their 'social' number), no answers or it just goes dead. Spoke to someone at GJW Titmus twice, very helpful (I think) but still no answers. Not 8mprssed at all, must remember not to use them again

Had a problem with Argos who sent the item back to BobCo but the service I got from Bobco was first class. Will definitely use them again
