The wire keeps fraying
The wire keeps fraying, so had to cut it to make it work , ordered a replacement and I’ve been told it will take 4 to 5 weeks for a new one ???

The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the product came within 3 days from purchase, the fitting instructions were emailed to me on pdf file, no more lost instructions! Product is excellent, looks great and so easy to fit click type system.

Had an engineer called Simon visit and he really knows what he is talking about. We have struggled for a long time to get all of our radiators to work properly ,but he finally resolved the problem. We now for the first time live in a warm and cosy house, thank you ! and mostly from our teenage daughter result!!
