I have been a customer for many years and the products purchased and the customer service have both been consistently excellent !

There is a wide range of products. The contacts are thin, comfortable to wear and the price point is affordable. The products to store and care for the contacts is comprehensive with clear advice. From placing an order to delivery it is simple & speedy. On the rare occasion if I have had any issues they have been dealt with effectively with no hassle.

The range of the products has increased over the years without sacrificing quality and the price point of items has remained consistent.

Huge “Thumbs Up” … I have been a customer for a number of years and the consistency regarding the product & customer service needs to be applauded … Lenses are quite thin & comfortable … “Easily done” but after a night out just be careful not to fall asleep in them …. The product range has grown over the years so the choice to experiment is also great ….

I have been a customer for many years and the service overall I cannot fault from order to delivery is accessible and simple. The product has arrived securely packaged in a way that you can see that it has not been tampered with. Thankfully, I have not had any recent problems however given past experiences if an issue has arisen it has been resolved promptly.

"Thumbs Up" ... I have been using "Feel Good Contacts" for several years Products are comfortable and reasonably priced no complaints ... Minimal issues and if/when they have arisen, issues have been dealt with swiftly through their polite, prompt customer service 😊

The service from order to delivery is fast. The packaging is not wasteful as it includes information and a small bag of Haribo sweets (appreciate not to everyone's liking) Life is busy and replacing contacts sometimes is not at the top of the agenda so the prompt to remind customers to reorder I find helpful.

I have experienced no problems at all hence I have continued to order my product numerous times. Product is what I ordered prompt delivery. I suppose the proof of product and service is if a problem arises and how its resolved.

I have been ordering from this site for a while and not been let down. Prompt service abd goods delivered in excellent condition.

Since accidently stumbling across Feel Good Contacts the product and service has been brilliant. Really easy to order. As my life is really hectic and changing my contacts are not always top of the list I love the reminder alert which is in place to let me know when I need to reorder.
Never had a problem but if I did I hope the service would be the same !

1st set of glasses and I love them ! They look just as advertised. The service was also quick and value for money.
