I love the soap but the deodorant is…

I love the soap but the deodorant is not so great, the toothpaste/powder packaging is totally unsuitable as it stands (you put the product in another recipient with a much larger opening) and the moisturising 'cake' is okay but not so practical on the face which is what I bought it for.

Thank you for your feedbacks.
Concerning the deodorant, if you weren’t using a natural deodorant beforehand, your body will need some time to get used to our deodorant. Your body will regulate itself within 7 to 10 days, as your body's natural methods to eliminate toxins won’t be blocked anymore. After this adjustment period, your body will regain its rights and our deodorant will protect you normally.
As far as the toothpaste packaging is concerned, we have been looking for a long time for an alternative to our former plastic jar and it was not easy with a powder format.

Impossible d'avoir qqn au service après-vente

Je suis satisfaite de la qualité des produits, mais ma dernière commande comportait des bermudas taille 14 ans qui sont trop serré pour des garçons de 12 ans qui s'habille dans des 13/14 sans souci d'habitude. Le n° de service après-vente sonne toujours occupé, et personne n'a répondu encore à mon message mail qui date de 4 ou 5 jours. Je voulais avoir confirmation que je pourrais avoir un remboursement...
