I am still waiting for a visa receipt that I have requested on the 14 th June and many times since. Other than that your service is great but why takes so long to generate a receipt?

First time using this site. Didn’t know it existed. Couldn’t get what I wanted in my local top line store but got it in Heavins. Speedy delivery. Only downside was the delivery. The box was left inside my garden wall on the grass and was totally saturated by the time I discovered it and not left on hall step as normal. I don’t have a gate or obstacle to the entrance so I don’t know why driver did that. Thankfully all products were ok.

I ordered my lenses in the evening using the chat service. The person at the other end was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am sure I was a little/lot awkward to deal with as I found it hard to read my iPhone screen and kept questioning my order. Also received my lenses on due date. Thank you.
