The service from Doxzoo was great. The site is easy to use and the cost of what I wanted in the time I needed was very good. I had some issues with DPD and my order was delivered a little later than the time that I had paid for and requested, however, this was forgiven when my order came. I would recommend Doxzoo.

The fresh cream red velvet cake tasted lovely and was well received by the birthday girl and guests.
The complaint about the balloon in my order was quickly addressed and resolved. Very good customer service.

The lady that served me was very helpful and clearly communicated information about the phone and contact offers. She was very knowledgeable about the product that she was showing to me.
However, having been a customer for several years, I don't think that there are any incentives for me to renew my contract when it ends. The contract that I chose was on but I now know that I could have got a better offer elsewhere. This, I know, has nothing to do with the lady that served me and if there were any deals with my upgrade, I wasn't made aware of them.

Thank you for your feedback about the service you received. I'm sorry to hear you feel you could of got a better deal. When you renew perhaps do some research first and we will see if we can beat a deal you have found. However sometimes the cheapest deal isn't necessarily the best deal for the customer. The deal should be based on what the customer requires and uses. We always look to see what is best for each customer so although you may of found a cheaper deal, it may not of been right for you! Sorry however you feel this way.
