Tried to book a ticket, got an error when paying, was requested to contact Avianca, did so, got an automated message and never heard back. No good.

The call centre help is great, but it would be better if it were clear from the start that no transfers are guaranteed for under 3 hour layovers.

Got a mail they could not take the money off my account, I replied to ask for an alternative way of paying. No reply. Asked via the online customer support file. No reply. Wrote again, no reply. Finally phoned the customer service number, on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Do not use this company. There is no way to communicate with them if something goes wrong.
