Good on price but customer service is awful. No problem purchasing items that don't require backup but good luck sorting a problem when it arises. Took a week to reply to an email (then given the wrong information on the email). Tried calling with no joy - call was dealt with by a non interested staff member. Looking to return a shock which was mis-sold but not feeling confidant that I will ever see my money (or that they even care)

Ordered at 11 in the morning & paid for next day delivery guaranteed. Goods turned up 2 days later. Was told they missed the cut off? Not the end of the world but annoying. Will try again though.
