Although there was an issue with the order, they contacted me quickly and told me how they were going to rectify the issue, which was really excellent. The games came as described and were very well packaged and came quickly. I would definitely use again.

When I placed my order, the items were not expected to be in stock for 4-5 days, but when I had not heard anything about it a couple of weeks later, I contacted them and they responded very quickly with an update on their stock.

I did not get an update on my order on the expected date of delivery of stock, so I left it another week. Again, I contacted them, but my order was dispatched that day and it came the next day.

Overall, it would have been better if they had been more pro-active in their communication, but they were very quick when I did contact them about my order. I get the feeling that this situation was not the norm and so I would use them again.
