Ordered phone upgrade on the Saturday afternoon. Selected the Sunday for delivery. After placing the order received an email confirming the order had been received. Didn’t hear anything else. Contacted customer support to be told that as it was an upgrade it needs to be done through a different system and someone would be in contact on the Monday.
My son was expecting his phone upgrade on the Sunday.
No communication. I had to do the chasing and phone calls to find out what was going on.
Ended up going to local store to do the upgrade in person meaning we missed out on receiving a voucher due to choosing Carphone warehouse through blue light card.

Purchased the bath and shower milk. I have really dry sensitive skin and this is lovely to use. Smells great and has such a soft velvety feel.
I had an accident with the bottle and the pump got broken. I emailed customer services who dispatched a new one the same day.

Pilot, friendly and patient waiting for me to confirm going ahead with my policy. Very helpful.

Spoke to Jack to change my vehicle on the policy. He was polite, efficient and helpful. Geoffrey insurance has always been hassle free and I would highly recommend them.
