Take my advice do not use Paragon Bank!
The only positive is the staff in their call centre are very polite.
Paragon as an organisation are awful the beaurocracy and obstacles which I have encountered to get my money paid back is beyond belief. I do completely understand that security processes must be followed. Paragon though take this to extremes. Fast forward six weeks and I am still waiting on my funds being paid to me. A further conversation today leads me to believe it may be another three days. I'll believe that when I see it.

On renewal of my contract I have had nothing but problems. The usual slow speeds. Delay in receiving £75 loyalty discount and further delay in receiving £50 goodwill gesture for poor service. If this has not been received by Saturday I intend to end my contract due to plusnet not fulfilling their part of said contract. Have used them for 5 years but service is now appalling.

I visited today to exchange a jacket for another size. The size I needed wasn't on the rail, quickly located a staff member (Ross) he checked if the size was in stock, it wasn't and he offered to order if for me. Really nice helpful efficient member of staff.

The staff members I spoke to today due to an unforeseen last minute cancellation were so helpful. I've also travelled many times with Brittany Ferries and onboard staff are great . Ships are clean and comfortable. Always sail on time. Very impressive organisation.

I had an accident in France Jan 24 and had to deal with this company. Suffice to say, they were of no assistance whatsoever. I paid for everything myself and have subsequently claimed directly from Admiral. I have raised a formal complaint with CEGA, who are now referring it to Admiral. I have since written to them to advise my complaint lies with them. My intention is to go to the Ombudsman. My advice before you take out insurance ensure the insurance company do not use this incompetent organisation. I would add that the stress I have had dealing with CEGA has conttribted to the slow progress of my recovery

I have been using feel good now for a couple of years. Service is first class, with prompt delivery. I have ordered online, website is very user friendly. I have also called to re order, staff are always helpful and its a really quick too
