Twice and still unsatisfied

I visited ismash to fix my screen. It was timely and fixed however when I left the screen wasn't placed properly and was (bouncing) and also had a small crack in the middle.

I returned it they fixed it free of charge thankfully, then I noticed people don't hear me when on speaker and the Screen still bounces.

I need to return to fix it but I don't have time. It cost 99 pounds for very very very poor and shoddy work.
