I had TOTAL Adblock for a short time,I emailed the company saying I no longer wanted the product. I received an email saying that they would certainly assist with my cancellation request.My reply was"Please continue and cancel my account and deductions from my bank account"
They continued to take money from my account. I eventually contacted my bank to cease deductions.
What part of "Cancel my account and deductions from my bank account" is not understood?
Never again will I use/have anything to do with TOTAL Adblock.

I have used Suntransfers many times and have never had any problems with them.However,within a few months (Jan-Apr '22.)the price had risen €30 from my previous trip for exactly the same service.
This is something I would seriously have to take into consideration for possible future trips.

I purchased a laptop recently on line and collected it later the same day.It was ready for me when I arrived.Staff were very friendly.

I had a problem in that I wrote my pick-up times incorrectly when I booked my airport transfers.I rang and had it sorted out promptly by Logan and Andersen who were very helpful.

I visited Gran Canaria at the end of July booking with Hoppa (resorthoppa).
45 minutes was the maximum time I would have to wait before before getting the shuttle bus to my hotel..It was 75 minutes before the bus left the airport.
On the return journey at the end of my holiday,the shuttle bus arrived 90 minutes before the time I was given.Unaware of this,I rang the contact number,gave my name etc,I was told by the rep that my bus was not due until tomorrow.Then I was told I should have taken the bus yesterday !! Finally I was told there was nothing they could do.I ended up paying e40 for a taxi.. Dreadful service,never again...

Being a recent and new user of Lowcost holidays ,I found the service excellent and better value than other web-sites..
