Had an issue when I first got setup, which was a configuration issue with my router (so nothing to do with Aquiss). Contacted support and was all sorted out in less than 30mins. Very friendly customer service, things explained at exactly the right level. Would have no problem recommending in the future.

I've used the service on two separate occasions, selling three guitars in all. Every time I got exactly the price that I was quoted. The process was very straightforward. They send you all you need to get the guitar shipped to them: boxes, tape, bubble wrap. Communication was great, quick and friendly. Payment was very fast. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
