I bought this toaster to match a kettle we already had. I was a bit worried as I did not get immediate advise on where my order is just an initial order confirmation with order number(not even declaring the description of the item bought) but after sending an email query, I was forwarded my invoice and delivery was confirmed. The toaster was delivered in 4 days via royal mail. Product does what it says and looks nice on top of my kitchen counter. This is the cheapest price I could find online so very happy with this purchase.
