Aftab (apologies for the very likely misspelling) did a great job being approachable and humouring my partner & me. He helped us make important that were right for us without pushing and explained the finance options really well. It's likely we wouldn't have bought furniture on that day without him putting us at ease.

I've never had any problems getting packages from Beers of Europe and could spend all day on the website as there is so much to choose from. Every bottle and glass I've ever had delivered has arrived in the timeframe they said it would and you can track the general progress of the delivery online.
The only thing I'd change is the box where you leave instructions for delivery - it only allows about 30 characters. All I try and write is leave with any neighbour on my street if I'm out but I have to put something like lv with nghbr if out.
Otherwise it's a brilliant service and one I'll definitely be using again.
