Just as advertised. Good, quality knives and at a fair price.

Fake site that buys time before you report the fraud. Package never arrived but they make you think you are following it so that it becomes too late for you to report the fraudulent site that they partner with. In this case the site was an exact duplicate of the Roland Garros store site and they popped up while watching the finals with discounts, which seemed plausible since it was the last day and they would want to unload stuff.

The team did a good job and was helpful. I was, however, disappointed when I first arrived on time for my oil change at 11am and told that even with an appointment I should leave and they would call me when it was ready because other cars were ahead of mine. I said I preferred to wait but no waiting room due to corona (not their fault). When I explained I had nowhere to go and could not even go for a walk since I am injured they kindly got to my car as soon as possible, which was appreciated. I just find it strange that an appointment is not held as important, hence the minus one star.

I was doubtful about the whole process but it went off without a hitch. Within 24 hours I got my confirmation that showed me that my rental would be through Alamo. Upon arriving at their rental location (PDX) everything was easy and they did not try to upsell me on more add-ons or tell me I owed more money. They just took the voucher, gave me the car (which was in good condition - no probs) and then gave me a final receipt when I returned the car. Easy peasy! Thanks!
