Installation not completed

My house was built in the sixtes when the main board had fuses. Some additional works had also been carried out about 40 years ago when esb regulations were not as stringent. SPV advised me that the new circuit breakers might cause problems so it was agreed that these would be resolved if they occured.
Like virtually all other reviews the installation was carried on time with virtually no disruption. Unfortunately 3 lights caused problems and were not connected to the system.

Over the last 3 months I have asked them on numerous occasions to return and complete the contract without success. They have a fantastic receptionist but in spite of her best efforts were futile.
I am writing this review in the hope that they will return and I would still be happy to give a five star rating.

Thank you for your feedback.

Your solar installation was completed in it's entirety and is working extremely well.

As you say your electrical installation is old and you did not have an electrician and you asked if there was any way we could install a new board. As our workload is so heavy we don't usually take this on but one of the electricians from our electrical team carried this out.

It was explained to you in great detail that issues may arise from this upgrade within your older system.

The 3 lights you have spoken about were not reconnected as they were obviously installed by a handyman and were a danger if reconnected. Prior to us doing any works you were advised we were only there to upgrade your fuseboard not in-depth work to your electrical installation and you were advised to seek the services of an electrician.

We have had one of our electricians try to contact you a number of times while in your area but they received no reply or callback.
