Great competition website. Friendly and very quick to respond and send money for winnings. Lots of free competitions as well. Would recommend.

Can’t find clinics

I would like to join but there doesn’t seem to be a way to find out where the clinics are where you can do the blood test until you pay for subscription. I would like to know how far I’d have to travel (I don’t drive) before committing myself. Disappointing and a potential barrier for a lot of people. A simple postcode checker to find nearest clinic would make for a less stressful experience.

I was referred by GP for Autism…

I was referred by GP for Autism assessment 10 months ago and despite clinical partners at the time saying waiting list was 7 months (now they say it’s 5) I still haven’t heard anything and when I tried emailing to ask about it over a week ago, there’s still no reply.

Order late, slow response from the seller

I ordered a couple of things from the website and product description suggested delivery within 2-3 days. In the end, it took over a week to arrive and only after I contacted the seller asking where my order was. Definitely some room for improvement.
